Hot Hatha

An adaption of the classic 26 posture sequence that includes breathing exercises. Hatha systematically works the entire body to increase strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. The room is heated to warm the muscles in preparation for a safer stretch and to aid in the release of toxins. A great class for those just beginning hot yoga.

Vinyasa

A fun and dynamic flow based yoga that links movements with breath to create balance in body and mind. Vinyasa places an emphasis on core and upper body strength, while toning and increasing flexibility throughout the whole body. We offer both hot and warm vinyasa classes.

Cardio Sculpt

Cardio Sculpt uses different modalities like hand weights and bands along with high intensity interval training (HIIT) to strengthen your yoga practice by toning and shaping your body. Combining strength training with yoga will create lean muscle mass, increases bone density, build stamina, rev up your metabolism, and of course, strengthen your yoga practice!

Yin

Known as a quiet yet profound practice, yin yoga consists primarily of seated or floor postures with longer holds while focusing on breath work and meditation. During this practice the objective is to relax the muscles, allowing access to the connective tissues of the body. Yin brings balance to the typical yang practice (hatha/power vinyasa).

Roll & Restore

This class combines yoga flow with specialized myofascial release (MFR) massage balls to work into your bodies connective tissue network.

The MFR balls are used as a tool to improve body awareness and function and reduce muscle tension, whilet the yoga flow helps to integrate awareness into action.

Together these tools melt stress and tension.

This class is a warm class around 90 degrees. You will build heat through slow intentional movement and breathe.

Foundations Flow Free Community Class

Enjoy an alignment-focused slow flow vinyasa class, exploring poses and refinements to deepen your practice. We will work with tools like blocks, straps, bolsters and the wall to get he pose feeling great in our body.

This is an all levels class.

Happy Hour Vinyasa

Happy Hour Vinyasa will start your weekend off right with happy beats and a high energy, mood enhancing practice. This class is an all levels, 60 minute heated practice with rotating teachers to give you an opportunity to experience the variety of excellent teachers and flavors of styles our staff has to offer.

Aerial Yoga Play

Let your yoga take flight and swing your way into feeling fit while having fun!

Aerial Yoga Play allows a combination of benefits similar to aerial yoga, pilates, suspended resistance training, acrobatics, and dance all rolled into one for an amazing suspended fitness experience. It allows for all the benefits of traditional yoga – flexibility, strength and balance – with the unique conditioning of aerial dance and acrobatics for an exhilarating new way of approaching yoga.

Beginners and advanced yogis alike are invited to take their practice to new heights in a hammock at our Aerial Yoga Play!  Experience full zero gravity that helps decompress the spine and invert with ease in a soft hammock that supports every part of your body as you flow through all of the yoga poses you know and love. As you build your foundation you can find depth by progressing to next-level poses or scale it back with one of many adaptations and options: this is truly an individual practice and you’re invited to take it at your own pace.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is a wonderful way to stay active during your pregnancy, while preparing your body for labor and delivery. We combine breathing exercises, movement, meditation, relaxation and education about childbirth and your changing body, to help you discover your inner wisdom as a woman and prepare you to birth with confidence and peace. Class sizes are limited, so please pre-register.

Private Sessions

Your private yoga session will be designed to meet your specific needs and answer any questions you have. Through this one-on-one instruction, in your desired style of yoga with a teacher of your liking, you’ll gain understanding of proper alignment and techniques used in practice. $99 for a 60 minute session.

Semi Private Sessions

We will create a class based on the group’s specific needs and desires. Rates depend on the size of your group. We are also able to accommodate sports’ teams and larger groups. Call for more details or to schedule your class. Add $20 per person with a minimum of $150 for a 60 minute session.

Meditation Free Community Class

Meditation is a mental exercise that trains attention and awareness. Meditation has been shown to increase focus, reduce stress, and promote calmness. It can also help people recognize and accept different emotions, especially when it is done in combination with mindfulness practices that keep people grounded in experiencing the present.
