According to Ayurveda, Kapha- the energy of water and Earth, begins to arise and accumulate in our bodies and our environments as we transition into Spring.
By adapting our daily routine to meet the season including our diet, exercise, herbs, oils, lifestyle and connection to nature, we can avoid becoming sick during this time and instead support our systems so we can thrive!
In this workshop; we will go over the basics of Ayurveda and Kapha dosha, discuss the Spring time routine recommended for optimal health and vitality-including recipes, teas & self-care/beauty rituals, and we will make our own personal invigorating Spring time Abhyanga oils/learn proper technique for self-massage (abhyanga).
